While we continue to adapt to the impacts COVID-19 is having on our operations, both internally and in working with partners and providers, we want to assure you we are taking all precautions possible to make sure your sites and services are not impacted. Our team is also working to ensure we can continue providing the 24/7/365 support you’ve come to expect from us over the years. Though there may be periods where our replies are slower than normal due to impacts to staffing, our team is still here and doing our best to assist you as quickly as possible. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding if you do experience slower than expected response/resolution times to your tickets. We care deeply about our clients and providing the service you deserve from Hawk Host, but the health and safety of our staff is our top priority in the climate created by the spread of COVID-19.

Whether it’s reduced sales through your site, a lack of available webmaster/development staff, or anything in between, we want to be your partner and help you get through this wherever possible.
