We recently sent out a mass customer email about changing our name from Devoted Host to Hawk Host. The email was great had lots of great content and explained numerous changes we had made over the past weeks or even further back. It also went on to talk about future offerings, cPanel updates and miscellaneous changes. It sounded great it was well thought out or so we thought. I thought this was an amusing thing to post everyone can laugh about but it sure was a big blunder.
